DO NOT remove any part that is attached with wood

screws. The stationary side rails, mattress base and end

panels can all be disassembled for storage. Simply

review the assembly instructions for each and reverse the

order to disassemble.

Wipe all parts with a dampened clean cloth. DO NOT use

abrasives.

DÉMONTAGE DU LIT DE BEBE

Position mattress base supports (F) on a flat

surface. Position mattress base (E) with the

warning label facing up. Place the mattress base

(E) on the mattress base supports (F), making

sure to align the corner holes in each. Fit the

mattress base brackets (G & H) to the mattress

base supports (F) and the mattress base (E), so

that the hooked ends are outwards. See diagram

for correct positioning. Insert a ¼” x 2” bolt (3)

through each mattress base brackets (G and H),

mattress base (E), and mattress support (F).

Attach a lock washer (V) and acorn nut (U) to each

¼” x 2” bolt (3). Using a slotted screwdriver and

adjustable wrench, tighten the hardware. Do not

over-tighten.

INSTALL MATTRESS BASE BRACKETS

Resérrez avec un tournevis et une clef

universelle.

Begin with marking sure the black pins (I) go into the

shelf cross rails and supports (C1/C2 & C3) before

assembly as diagram show.

To assemble the shelf cross rail (C1 & C2) and shelf

supports (C3) to the changer frame (B) by using six

1/4” X 2-1/2 ” bolts(4) and barrel nuts (T) provided.

ASSEMBLE CHANGER SUPPORTS

ASSEMBLAGE DES TRAVERSES DE TABLETTES

This assembly step may require two people. Position the

mattress support (E) with the warning label facing up. Fit

the mattress base (E) between the headboard (A) and

footboard (B). Fit a lock washer (V) onto each ¼” x 3/4”

bolts (2). Insert the ¼” x 3/4” bolts with lock washer (2 & V)

through the holes inside of the footboard (B) and headboard

(A). (Note: There is a pre-inserted nut inside the headboard

(A) and footboard (B). Do not over-tighten.

IMPORTANT: Assemble the mattress base in the highest

position for a newborn. As baby grows, the mattress base

should be lowered to prevent baby from climbing out.

Insert 2 wooden dowels into top end of left panel (A).Attach post

(A1 & A2) to the left panel (A) using four 1/4” x 3” bolts (5) and four

barrel nuts (T) provided.

!Read all instructions before assembling the crib. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.

!The mattress used in this crib should not be more than 6 inches (15cm.) thick and should be of such length and width

that the gap between the mattress and the sides of the crib is not more than 1-3/16 inches (3cm.) when the mattress is

pushed into the corner of the crib.

!Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.

!Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts or other fasteners, missing parts or sharp edges

before and after assembly and frequently during use. DO NOT use the crib if any parts are missing or broken.

!To obtain replacement parts and instructional literature call the telephone number on this label. DO NOT substitute parts.

!DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.

!Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause suffocation.

!If re-finishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.

!Do not use this crib if the attached or enclosed instructions cannot be strictly adhered to.

!Regularly check this product, before placing your child in the crib, that every component is properly and securely in

place.

!To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommended healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless

otherwise advised by your physician.

!Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow or comforter. Never place additional padding under an infant.

!Follow warnings on all products in a crib.

STRANGULATION HAZARD:

!DO NOT place crib near window where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child. DO NOT place cords, straps

or similar items that could become wound around the child’s neck in or near the crib.

!Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier

cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.

!To help prevent strangulation, tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of the body or clothing on loose fasteners.

FALL HAZARD:

!Stop using crib when child begins to climb out or reaches the height of 35 in. (89cm).

!When child is able to pull up to standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove bumper pads, large toys

and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.

Slip the top shelf (S) into the grooves of the top shelf cross rails (C1 &C2).Slide the

other two shelves (S1&S2) into the other two sets of grooves in shelf supports

(C3).

Be sure that the shelves are properly positioned and aligned.

Attach another changer frame (C) to the shelf cross (C1 &C2) and shelf

supports (C3) properly by using the six 1/4” X 2-1/2 ” bolts(4) and barrel nuts (T)

provided.

Position back rail (D) between left panel (A) and changer

frame panel (B). Attach back rail (D) using four 1/4” x 2-1/2”

bolts (4) and four barrel nuts (T) provided.

Attach shelf brace (M) to the underside of each shelf(S &

S1) using ½”screws (1) provided as shown.

Always use the restraining strap provided.

Attach the loose end of the safety strap (S2) to the inside

of top shelf cross rail using ½”screws (1) and lock washer

(V1) Provided. Place foam pad (P) on top shelf and slip

safety strap over foam pad. Secure strap (S2) around

child when using changing station.

Position front rail (D2) between left panel (A) and changer frame

(B).Tighten front rail (D2) using four 1/4” x 2-1/2” bolts (4) and four

barrel nuts (T) provided.

Attach back rail cap (D1) to the back rail (D) by inserting two

wooden dowels into end top of post (A2) and longer post of changer

frame (B) using two 1/4” x 2-1/2” bolts (4) to secure the rail cap (D1).
